Full Event Coordination
Price: Prices vary depending on the number of guests, size of the wedding party and location.
Full Wedding Coordination Services Package includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Everything in the Weekend Wedding Package, which includes rehearsal direction and on-site coordination on the day of the event
- If necessary, inclusion of an additional Day of Coordinator
- Complimentary inspiration board that contains Web clippings of inspiring images such as wedding gown dress design, colors, invitations, flowers, favors, etc. The purpose of the inspiration board is to have a go-to reference that a bride can revisit over and over again throughout the entire planning stage.
- (2) additional meetings as requested prior to wedding day
- Unlimited email and phone calls throughout wedding planning process
- Assistance with overall wedding design and theme
- Vendor referrals (florist, transportation, band or DJ, musicians at ceremony, rentals, cake, officiant, bride and groom attire, invitations, caterer, photographer, hair/make-up, videographer, invitation designer/stationer/printer)
- Schedule vendor appointments, price and contact negotiations, deposits and dues
- Attendance at up to (5) vendor meetings
- Venue scouting for ceremony and reception, rehearsal dinner and if needed, post-wedding location
- Assistance with hotel blocks and out-of-town guest travel arrangement
- Develop budget spreadsheet, manage and keep to budget
- Monthly planning schedule and updates, including checklist for the couple with "to do" deadlines
- Customized timelines/itinerary for wedding entourage and vendors
- Assistance with guest list and seating arrangements
- Assistance with welcome bags for out-of-town guests
- Assistance with ceremony planning
- Management of ceremony and reception
- Post-event returns (cupcake tower, linens, etc.)
- Personal shopping/sourcing of specific items (parasol, jars, hankies, etc.)
- Wedding etiquette consultation
- Creative input regarding invitations, programs and favors
