Wedding Weekend

Ideal for clients who want someone organized and capable of running the full wedding show--from the pre-wedding day to the final post-wedding get-together.

Price: Negotiable. Prices vary depending on the number of guests, size of the wedding party and location.

Wedding Weekend Package includes, but is not limited to, the following:

BEFORE THE WEDDING

• Unlimited email & phone contact
• 3 pre-wedding meetings, including
• (1) Initial consultation
• (1) Walk-thru of ceremony and reception venue and
• (1) Discussion of vendor contacts, final itinerary/timeline and to hand over items to bring for wedding day such as favor bags, décor, etc. one week prior to wedding day
• Confirm vendors one week prior to wedding day to go over venue details, arrival/departure times, etc. and brief them on day-of itinerary

REHEARSAL DINNER

• Direct and coordinate Ceremony Rehearsal
• Set up decor, name tags, place cards, gift table for parents and bridal party at Rehearsal Dinner venue, if necessary

WEDDING DAY

• Everything included in Day Of Package

POST-WEDDING DAY

• Assist with any setup (décor, name cards, place settings, etc.) at venue
• Assist caterer or host, as needed
• Greet people at venue
• Take down any decor
