Marisa + Trevor’s Intimate Wedding by the Water

What do you do with a couple this adorable, with varied interests and occupations but are unsure of the general design vision and flow to weddings? Counsel and advise, and then counsel and advise some more. We often tell clients when it comes to design, that knowing what you DON’T like versus knowing what you do, is very telling, and very helpful. Seriously! And Marisa and Trevor did that, and we let them guide us. What was created was something focused on family, intimate, and warm. You can tell they are rocks among their family and friends and very inclusive and welcoming. We were also so crazy impressed with how Trevor and Marisa handled the weather; we got some fierce wind off the water and these two hung in there, smiling all the way through. Grinning and bearing it: we love those clients!

What we did:

  • Created the couple’s color palette: navy, cream, green, blush
  • Worked closely with the graphic design team on signage and other details
  • Used our black book of awesome vendors!
  • Counseled on etiquette
  • Helped plan the after party at Black Magic in SF
  • Helped determine flow and floor plan
