Our services range from
“must-haves” to “OMG-to-haves”.

How we get it all done, on time, and done well.

Listen, we’re not dummies. Planning isn’t always fun, but it IS essential. And when you’re planned out, fun is the result. So let’s talk about how our knowledge, expertise, and years spent helping others get to the fun, happens.

Below is a short list of what we can accomplish together. We’re here to re-imagine, re-mix, and re-do! Just ask us if you don’t see something that fits what you’re looking for. Like the perfect suit, shoes, or dress--it’s all about custom fit, baby.

“From the day I started working with Genevieve, she made me feel calm, cool, collected on our special day.”

We get it. Planning is confusing, has its own language, and you have the added challenge of perhaps never having done this before. Or, you consider yourself highly organized, a Spreadsheet Beast and a project manager on steroids. But. You need an expert to access to make sure you’re on the right path, perhaps review some bids and contracts, or be available along the planning journey. Understood. We start at $150/hour with a 1-hour minimum that can be done over the phone or in person.

We see each event as a special snowflake--no event is ever, ever alike. Like, ever. The constant throughout? Planning, baby. So while we don’t really have package, we do have levels at which we plan with you to ensure you’re getting and we’re delivering, exactly what you want.
At any level you get, after booking:

  • Checklist of things to be done with deadlines

  • Access to all of our vendors, cutting down on your own Google and Yelp research

  • Day of Timeline template

  • Client Access to Aisle Planner, our preferred project management tool

And though we may do a LOT of weddings, we also love mixing up our portfolio and challenging ourselves to create and think outside of the box. We’ve got experience with:

  • Galas

  • Theme Parties

  • Elaborate Milestone Birthday Parties

  • Networking Receptions

  • Private Dinners

  • Store Openings

Perfect for: clients who can handle all the planning stuff themselves and just need someone to bring the project on home.

  • Engage with you 2 months prior to your event date

  • Constant email and phone support

  • Set up a site visit date with you, your caterer, and venue manager

  • Execute site visit

  • Set rehearsal time and day

  • Clean up your day of timeline

  • Gather details from all your vendors via email and phone, and ensure they know where to show up, have a good sense of day of timing and flow

  • Review floor plan together

  • Have a meeting with you 2 weeks prior to the event date

  • Run your rehearsal (having talked to your officiant weeks prior)

  • Day, of be onsite for setup detail (you won’t see us at your hotel room/getting ready sesh however--we’ve got work to do, for you!), and breakdown to close the event

  • Post-event, reconcile any expenses and vendor interactions, lost and found items, etc. to truly close out the event

  • Thank all vendors on your behalf via e-mail

Perfect for: those who know they definitely want months out coordination and day of support, but know they don’t want full planning. You may have questions along the way and want open-door access to a seasoned professional. This service is especially useful for things such as questions on design help, etiquette, and estimates and contracts for review before signing.

Includes everything in Months Out + Day Of level plus:

  • Constructing a project timeline/pipeline

  • Budget advice

  • Scheduled monthly meetings or phone calls

  • Additional email and phone support

  • Shuttle coordination

  • Welcome dinner

  • After party

  • Post-wedding brunch

Full planning can start up to 18 months before the event and includes Months Out + Day Of, and many of the Partial Planning elements. Services vary from client (remember, you’re a special snowflake, you rebel you!) so this can include:

  • Deep diving into budget

  • Soliciting bids and getting price comparisions among vendors

  • Venue research

  • Contract negotiation

  • Design and execution of decor elements

  • Structured, scheduled monthly meetings betwen Clients and Planner

  • Attendance at vendor meetings

Design is personal. It just is. So we want to create a custom concept that speaks to you, your values, your likes, interests and hobbies. You can expect, while working with us:

  • Mock ups

  • Gathering quotes and bids for specialty vendors (furniture; lighting; drapes; linens) and all the folks that will bring the wowza to your event
